Pope urges to address Mexico violence

- Pope Francis thinks that Mexico's corruption, violence and drug trafficking must address. The prelate said Wednesday on the eve of his visit to the North American country, where he stayed from February 12 to five days.

Over the past decade, an estimated 100 000 Mexicans come through violence killed. Still many people die especially drug-related violence. The country is also currently suffering from a series of scandals involving President Enrique Peña Nieto would be involved.

Francis said in a video message:,, The Mexico of violence, corruption Mexico, the Mexico of drug trafficking, Mexico cartels is not the Mexico that is our mother. Quot; The parent to which he refers is the Lady of Guadalupe, who regard the Catholic Mexicans as the patroness of their country.
