Polish and German cyclist horribly murdered in Mexico

san cristobal de las casas - A Polish and a German bicycle tourist were killed when they were on their way to the popular Mayan city Palenque in Mexico. The German had a bullet wound in his skull. His Polish companion was beheaded.

The Mexican newspaper El Universal reported that the Pole and the German had met in San Cristobal de las Casas in the southern state of Chiapas and that they decided to cycle to Palenque together. The body of the Pool was found at the end of last month. About 200 meters away from the body of the Pool, the remains of the German were then found.

The Mexican authorities initially reported that the two cyclists were probably killed in an accident. After investigation, the justice department now says that the Pole and the German were murdered.
