seoul - Incheon International Airport in the South Korean capital Seoul has escaped a huge plane crash when starting a unit of Singapore Airlines on the runway was faced with crossing a unit of Korean Airlines.

The Singapore jet, a Boeing 777-300ER to San Francisco, had to brake and blew while some tires, so Straits Times in Singapore reported. The plane had 204 people on board. Because all the tires had to be replaced, the 186 passengers had to wait 19 hours before they could continue their journey.

The Korean Air unit, an Airbus bound for St. Petersburg, was two hours late on. The debt according to Straits Times seems to lie with the Koreans. That would have previously ignored all instructions from the control tower.
