geneva - A rare pink diamond comes in Geneva on May 17 under the hammer. Sotheby's expects the special gem of 15.38 carats, 'Unique Pink 'called, will yield between 25 and 33 million. The quality of this copy is described as exceptional in terms of purity and brilliance.
In November, a pink diamond of 16.09 carats sold at auction in the Swiss city. This went for 26.6 million euros to a businessman from Hong Kong. That was Wednesday the blue 'De Beers Millennium Jewel 4' 10.1 carats a new owner in exchange for 28 million.
