Philips shares 3D license with Chinese

las vegas (afn) - Philips has extended its cooperation with the Chinese maker of 3D screens KDX. The Chinese may be availing from Philips licenses. It will also work together to develop glasses-free 3D displays. Which was announced Wednesday at CES technology fair in Las Vegas.

KDX has been making since 2014 using Philips and took last year licenses a majority stake in Dimenco, a former Philips 3D technology arm. The Chinese company is developing include 3D televisions, 3D smartphones and applications for medical use.
