Penalty diplomat Vatican for child pornography

rome - A former diplomat of the Vatican has been sentenced to five years in prison for the possession and distribution of child pornography. The court in the Vatican also imposed a fine of 5000 euros on Saturday.

Carlo Alberto Capella had admitted the accusations. He declared to have been in a personal crisis due to his move from the Vatican to Washington. He had been recalled from his post in Washington in September.
