berlin - No more tickets to buy but with your shoes you pay for your metro ride or tram ride. This is possible in Berlin through a collaboration with the transport company BVG and Adidas. Due to the 90th anniversary of BVG, a unique sneaker has been put on the market in which an annual subscription for public transport has been processed.

An annual subscription for the Berlin public transport costs 760 euros, a pair of shoes 180 euros. A big saving. There are only 500 copies.

To make use of the annual subscription, you really have to wear the sneakers. You can not take them with you.

On Monday the sneakers went on sale at two stores. They allegedly flew out the door.

The design of the sneakers is based on the interior of the Berlin metro. The colors black and the confetti print of the chairs are combined in a special way.
