Pay later on Belgian highway

antwerp - The Belgians are determined to introduce the kilometer charge and that means that we will also have to pay later when we visit our southern neighbors in Flanders.

According to De Tijd, it is probably already that far in five years' time. There was still doubt between paying only around the cities or throughout Flanders. The latter has now been chosen.

The Flemish Minister of Mobility Ben Weyts (N-VA) has already said that foreign drivers who drive on 'his' roads also have to pay. How much a weekend in Antwerp or the passage to the south is going to cost, has not yet been announced.
