'Offender Istanbul attack had links with IS'

- The perpetrator of the bombing Saturday in Istanbul had links with terrorist organization Islamic State (IS). Which has declared the Interior Turkish minister Sunday. Turkey has arrested five people in connection with the attack, leaving five people dead and 36 injured.
