Number of reports in Cologne still growing

cologne - The number of reports following the incidents during the New Year celebrations in Cologne continues to grow steadily. The prosecutor in the city reported Monday that the police has already received 766 declarations inside.

About half of the reports relate to sexual offenses, said the prosecutor. In at least three cases, women have registered rape. In some declarations must according to justice yet to be determined whether there was actual rape case.

The prosecutor said later Monday to come up with information about the prosecution of the perpetrators.
