Nuisance by fire at station Berlin

berlin - Severe smoke development caused disruption on a train station in Berlin on Sunday. The emergency services got at least fifteen people from a platform that was under the smoke. One person was injured, the fire service reported.

A police spokesman told Berliner Morgenpost that the fire had broken out on a construction site in the vicinity of Berlin Zoologischer Garten station. The newspaper reports that large fans have been used to make the station smoke-free again.
