'North Korea willing to talk to US'

seoul/peking - North Korea is prepared to speak with the United States under the right circumstances. This said a North Korean top diplomat, Choe Son-hui, Saturday in Beijing according to the South Korean press office Yonhap.

On the question of whether Pyongyang is in talks with the new South Korean president Moon Jae-in, Choe said only: 'We will see. 'The Liberal Moon became president on May 10.' He seems more inclined to dialogue with the regime in North Korea than his conservative predecessors.

US President Donald Trump said last month that there is a 'very big conflict' threatening with North Korea. North Korea is committed to making nuclear weapons and has already done five core trials. The country governed by Stalinism is punished for its nuclear ambitions by sanctions from, inter alia, the United Nations and the United States.
