North Korea: no sense in top with one-sided requirements

The fate of the summit is 'clear' when the United States talks about a nuclear dismantling in Libyan style, said the North Korean foreign minister. The statement also stated that Trump will remain a 'failed president' if he follows in the footsteps of his predecessors.
