seoul - North Korea takes 'appropriate measures' if the UN Security Council comes with new sanctions. Penalties are considered after the Intercontinental rocket trial last week.
According to Pyongyang, the missile test is the 'legitimate right to self-defense against the nuclear threat of the United States'. The 'appropriate measures' could very well include a new test.
