No victims in rocket attack on Kabul

kabul - A rocket is Sunday in Kabul landed near the Italian embassy. There were no reports of casualties or damage. That has provided the Afghan police.

         It is not clear whether the embassy was targeted by the projectile. The attack follows after several suicide attacks in the Afghan capital earlier this month.
Kabul has been the scene of Monday meeting of international diplomats who want to lay the groundwork for peace talks with the Taliban. That consultations include representatives from Afghanistan, Pakistan, the United States and China. The Taliban have not yet agreed to participate in negotiations.
