No prisoner of war nurse who forgot the elderly (83) on toilet and died

genk - A forty-year-old nurse from Bree, who forgot an 83-year-old resident of a residential care center in Genk in the toilet, was acquitted by the court. The prosecution asked a prison sentence of one year conditionally early this month.

The nurse of nursing home Toermalien in Genk had placed the woman on the toilet in the evening, but then forgot to put her in bed. The stuck elderly person of Turkish origin fell over and died of suffocation.
