Nicaragua warned of storm Otto

- Tropical Storm Otto has evolved in the Caribbean. Though wind speeds are still below the 100 kilometers per hour, he has to develop the potential for a hurricane. That can as it stands to Nicaragua and will threaten the northeast of Costa Rica. That the US Hurricane Center (NHC) announced Monday.

'The forecast is that Otto in the next 48 hours, increasing in strength and in the days after a hurricane can be,' said the NHC. The storm is now about 300 kilometers southeast of the island of San Andres and moves very slowly. The Central American coast will have to deal with at the earliest Thursday.
