miami - The National Hurricane Center in Miami warns of life-threatening floods in western Florida due to Hurricane Irma. According to the NHC, water in the streets can occur locally three meters high.
Due to the continuing rainfall, rivers and creeks will come out of their banks in the coming days. Areas with a lot of relief must take into account sudden floods, so the NHC warns.
