New arrests in Belgium for terror

brussels - In the Belgian study, two new people have been officially indicted for the attacks in Paris. The two men were arrested Sunday though, Flemish broadcaster VRT reported Thursday. The arrest was confirmed by the federal prosecutor.

It is about a twenty Frenchman who tried twice to leave for Syria. He was arrested Sunday at the airport in Zaventem he wanted to go to Morocco on the plane. The man is a friend of Bilal Hadfi, who blew himself up on November 13 at the football stadium in Saint-Denis, the Stade de France.The other suspect is a 28 year old Belgian. He was arrested Sunday in raids in the Brussels commune of Molenbeek. He would also be linked to Hadfi.On Wednesday, there were also raids in Molenbeek and Sint- Joost-ten- Node. In addition, two people were taken. They are released after questioning.In Belgium are already six men on suspicion of terrorism. The men would have been involved in the preparation or implementation of the attacks in Paris or would one of the alleged offenders, Salah Abdeslam, have helped.
