Netflix on vacation is a step closer

brussels - On vacation to watch your Netflix same football look like home and play your own games. That is a step closer Thursday.

The ministers of the 28 EU countries Thursday backed a European Commission proposal. Who wants that online content that has been paid in their own country, is available throughout the EU.

It's only content that has been paid. Free transmissions, for example, public broadcasters are not covered. Which may also be contained soon.

The meeting in Brussels was led by Minister Henk Kamp of Economic Affairs. He said in a press release:,, This will make the lives of European citizens traveling easier. Citizens in another Member State can enjoy holidays on work by the same music, movies, games and sports like home. ''

The plan must now go to the European Parliament.
