Neighbor takes revenge with bare dolls

santa rosa - An angry neighbor who had to lower his fence has filled his garden with almost bare mannequins out of revenge.
The municipality had decided after complaints that the wooden fence of Jason Windus in the American Santa Rosa should be no more than 91 centimeters high. Every day of violation would give him a big fine.
