new york - The John Lennon killer has again not received permission for early release. It is now the tenth time that Mark David Chapman submitted a request for it and refused.
In the United States assess a special committee of specialists or conditional release is possible. 'The panel has determined that your release would be incompatible with the welfare and safety of society,' the committee said in a letter to Chapman.
The Beatles singer was shot in 1980 for his apartment in New York. Chapman was sentenced to a prison sentence of 20 years to life imprisonment. This means that he can submit an application for early release every two years since the year 2000.
