Model waives lawsuit against Bill Cosby

- Model Chloe Goins who accused Bill Cosby of sexual abuse, waives the civil proceedings which she had brought against him. She has submitted an official request. That US media reported Tuesday local time.

The model said the 78-year-old Cosby drugged to be at a party at the Playboy Mansion in 2008. He would have abused her while she was unconscious. However, research has shown that Cosby at the time of the incident was not at the party, and not even in California. Goins therefore withdraws.
