Mexico wants to legalize gay marriage

- Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto has spoken out firmly for national recognition and respect for the gay rights.

The newspaper 'El Universal' reported that he signed the initiative for a constitutional amendment Tuesday. There is any form of discrimination a criminal offense and guaranteed equal rights for all, Peña Nieto said during a meeting on the occasion of the International Day Against Homophobia.
