Merkel visits Trump at the end of this month

washington/berlin - German Chancellor Angela Merkel meets with Donald Trump in Washington this month.

This was confirmed by his spokesman on Thursday during a visit by the US president to West Virginia. According to a government official, that consultation is on 27 April. Three days earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron is a guest in the White House.

It is expected that in the talks the trade relations between the US and European Union and US import duties will be discussed, but also the nuclear deal with Iran. Opinions differ on this.

In the middle of May an evaluation of the atomic agreements with Iran will be on the program. Trump seems to be canceling the agreement. Merkel and Macron would like to bring him to other thoughts.
