'Mega sponsorship Chelsea and Nike in the making'

- While the sporting achievements of Chelsea on left something to be desired this season, is about the British football club to sign a lucrative sponsorship deal with the American sportswear giant Nike.

Nike would be willing to lay down £ 60 million annually from 2017 and ten years to act as shirt sponsor of Chelsea, as the Financial Times reported, based on an anonymous source.

The deal would be Nike fame, especially in Asia where Chelsea is very popular, want to strengthen. Adidas, the current sponsor Chelsea is expected after next season, the contract will terminate prematurely.
