- Tech giant Google has announced a whole range of new gadgets at an event in San Francisco. It is about new smartphones, a voice home assistant, a new version of the Chromecast and a new router.

Where Google in the past along with hardware manufacturers made the Nexus phones, it now has taken matters into their own hands. The two pixel devices have been announced, only contain the Google brand name.

Pixel and Pixel XL are apart from the size and resolution of the screen- or 5-inch 1080p and 5,5inch with 2K- right. Both include a Snapdragon 821 processor, 4GB of storage memory and both have a 12 megapixel camera on the back.

The company states that the pixel devices are the first phones built with Google Assistant. This is an advanced version of the speech which the company had already built into earlier versions of Android.

Pixel Pixel XL and start in price in the US at $ 649. A specific launch date is still unknown.

The Google Home is the tech giant directly compete with Amazon and its Echo. The device is a speaker that works only on voice commands. Now the company has unveiled a new router, the Google WiFi. This may cooperate with three other hubs to work together to create a complete coverage network.
