baghdad - A mortar attack on the Iraqi provincial capital Baquba on Thursday 27 human lives . Which have informed the police and medical services.
It is still unclear who fired the mortars did. Iraq suffers from attacks by, among other Islamic State, which control a third of the country.
The presence of IS are flared across the sectarian tensions.
