texas city - In the American city of Texas City, a man has shot two young children aged 5 and 2 and a baby.
A woman was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital with a head wound. Junaid Hashim Mehmood quickly came into the picture as a suspect. The 27-year-old Mehmood reported later in the night via emergency number 911 and was arrested.
