Man scratched 200 cars

frankenthal - A 51-year-old man who nearly two hundred cars have scratched and some vehicles have smashed windows in recent months, was arrested by the German police. The man did so in and around the city Frankenthal (Rhineland-Palatinate), said the broadcaster SWR Wednesday.
