Man is ramming fences parliament building London

london - The London police arrested a man on Tuesday morning who had just rammed the barriers around the parliament building with a car. Scotland Yard reports that several pedestrians have been injured.
Dozens of agents surrounded the car with drawn weapons and arrested the man. It is not yet clear whether it concerns an attack or an 'accident in a sensitive place'.
