stuart - A 51-year-old man from Florida called 911 twice after he received 'far too little food' for his money in a fish restaurant.

He refused to pay for his mini-portion of mussels at the local restaurant Crabby's Seafood Shack and thought the police could help him. And that while the ministry had given him extra mussels after his complaint.

Nelson Agosto called the alarm line to report that he was not going to pay for the mussels. The man still asked the man, if he did call, not to call the emergency number. At this he indicated that he had forgotten the ordinary number of the police.

The police made a report of the incident on Twitter and warned others. 'Call 911 only in case of emergency. '

The hungry man was arrested and must appear before the judge on 11 January.
