salford - A 68-year-old man died after a serious medical failure. His lungs were flushed with detergent instead of saline. That salt solution actually had to cleanse his organ.
William Hannah was at the Salford Royal Hospital in Great Britain since September after being hit by a car. The man suffered considerable brain damage, a number of serious injuries and various fractures.
