Man arrested for death threats CNN employees for 'fake news'

- A 19-year-old man from Michigan, Michigan, was arrested after threatening several employees of news channel CNN. He called 22 times to the editorial office of CNN earlier this month and announced that he was going to kill all employees. Reason for the threats was the 'fake news' that the channel says according to him.

Several phone calls from the man, Brandon Griesemer, were recorded. He was arrested last week.

Griesemer said in a telephone conversation on 10 January that he was on his way to the 'whole fucking CNN team' to explain. I have a rifle and I'm going to get everyone up to the last person. I have a team of people. It will be great. '

Brandon Griesemer also spoke in the phone calls in a very non-nuanced way about Jews and dark Americans.

Brandon Griesemer is now free on bail. He can get five years in prison if he is convicted.
