Major malfunction at KPN

- KPN suffers Friday with major disruption of Internet, television and telephony. The website and customer service are less accessible, reports the provider.

The cause is not yet known. It is also not clear when the outage began, how long it takes to resolve the problems and how many customers have been duped.

Even customers of Telfort, which are on the same network, have suffered from the failure.
