Major fraud at HSL construction in Spain

- Spanish authorities have arrested fifteen suspects million fraud in the construction of a high speed line between Madrid and Barcelona. The group would have brought too many fees for a sloppy 82 million and have put into their own pockets.

The construction of the stretch of 621 kilometers cost about 9 billion. The fraud could have taken place at three sites in Barcelona. Those arrested are employees of construction companies.
