Lots of hustle and bustle on the road through work and festivals

the hague - Rijkswaterstaat expects this weekend a lot of pressure on the Dutch roads through many activities and events.

For example, the A12 operates between Gouda and The Hague and on the A28 between junction Rijnsweerd and Den Dolder, in both directions.

The Lowlands and Dutch Valley festivals, as well as the International Fireworks Festival in Scheveningen attract a lot of public and so much traffic. Furthermore there are the Strandfestival Zand (Almere) and the LatinVillage Festival (Spaarnwoude). The A10 West near Amsterdam to the north is closed for maintenance.

Road users have to go well in advance and count on delays due to road closures, files, less lanes and redirects, says Rijkswaterstaat.
