London airport closed after finding bomb WWII

london - Due to the discovery of a bomb from the Second World War in the River Thames, a nearby airport has been evacuated. This is London City Airport, a small airport in the east of the British capital.
The bomb was found in the old port area of London during operations, reports the BBC. Specialists from the British navy confirmed that it is an explosive. In collaboration with the navy, the police are looking for a solution to remove the duddle safely.
London City Airport has called on passengers not to come to the airport. The area is deposited in a radius of more than 200 meters from the bomb.
