LinkedIn launches salarisvergelijker

- LinkedIn has developed a new tool that allows members to compare their salaries with that of others and can find out how much extra they can earn when they create new skills: Salary LinkedIn. It takes into account many factors that may affect the pay scale, such as experience, education, industry and company size.

The company provides the tool according to the 'give-to-get-model. This means that a user create his or her own salary to enter in to see what other people earn the same job.

The new feature is alnog only available in the United States, Canada and Great Britain, but there are plans to roll out LinkedIn Salary to other countries early next year.
