Lifetime Indian after daughter abuse

The man allegedly raped his daughter when the mother in 2014 was away from home. The case came when the young victim took her brother in faith. He warned his mother, who turned it on in turn relatives. They reacted angrily and father were attacked. Then the woman went to the police.

The Indian denied the allegations. According to his lawyers, the man falsely accused because his wife had an affair with another man. The court brushed the defense table, in part because of medical examination showed that the child was indeed raped.
