Libyan beach littered with bodies

zawiya - On a beach in Libya, the bodies of at least 74 refugees washed up. Reported that the Libyan Red Cross on Twitter. The organization has shocking pictures of body bags scattered along the coast.

The bodies were found Tuesday morning off the coast near the city of Zawiya, 40 kilometers west of the capital Tripoli. What exactly happened is still unclear. Presumably it went wrong at sea. Remains of a ship have not yet been found.

The bodies are brought for identification and research to Tripoli.
