moscow - A Russian lawyer who assists the families of deceased whistleblower Sergei Magnitsky in 2009, has been hit Tuesday injured by a fall from a building in Moscow. About the circumstances no certainty exists. According to Bill Browder, the British former employer Magnitsky was lawyer Nikolai Gorokhov four high pushed down and his condition is critical.

Several Russian media, however, reported that his fall was an accident. The lawyer would have fallen down when he tried to get a hot tub upstairs along with two movers.
