washington - The lawsuit that would start this week against Paul Manafort, the former campaign manager of Donald Trump, has been postponed to 31 July. Judge T.S. Ellis III on Monday agreed to a request from the lawyers of Manafort. Their client is charged with banking and tax fraud, but denies guilt.
