Ergin Külünk, the chairman of the cultural service that supervised construction and co-financed, announced this. The official opening is at a later date, in the presence of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The Çamlıca mosque, which has a dome height of 72 meters and six minarets, has been working for six years. The accommodation has a total area of 15,000 square meters and includes, besides the prayer house, a museum, library, conference room and art gallery.
