yarloop - At a large forest fire in western Australia, making nearly one hundred homes were damaged, three people have gone missing. They may have fled and have not yet come forward. The flames swept through a small town in the countryside south of Perth. That made the emergency on Friday.

The fire at the town Yarloop was fueled by strong winds in the warm and dry land. All 53 000 hectares of land this week by the fire went up in flames.

The forest fire in western Australia is the latest in a series. The fire is believed that the fire was caused by a lightning strike Wednesday. The fire is not yet under control. Several villages near Yarloop have been evacuated as a precaution.
