Kurdish group threatens more attacks

- The militant Kurdish group TAK Thursday claimed responsibility for the attack last Sunday in the Turkish capital Ankara. The group, allegedly with the banned Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) tires, threatens more attacks against those they hold responsible for operations of the security forces in southeast Turkey.

The attack Sunday claimed 37 lives. Security forces were targeted, but there are many civilian casualties came through the intervention of the police, said the TAK. Losses among civilians are inevitable, the group added.

The TAK claimed responsibility for the earlier another car bomb attack in Ankara in February, which took the lives of 29 people.
