washington - The warning of the North Korean Foreign Minister for a nuclear test in the atmosphere above the Pacific should be taken seriously. That said the experienced North Korean diplomat Ri Yong Pil said on Wednesday in an interview with CNN. 'The minister is very well aware of the intentions of our chief leader, so I think you should literally understand his words.'
Ri Yong Ho, the Foreign Minister, showed in September that Pyongyang might consider 'the most powerful explosion' of a hydrogen bomb to take place above the Pacific. He made that statement during the ever-increasing tension with the United States on the nuclear tests and missile development of communist Korea.
