Knab allows customers to pay via QR code

headdorp - Knab has made possible payment via iDEAL QR codes as the first bank in the Netherlands. Whoever scans an iDEAL QR code with the bank's mobile app can pay the bill immediately.

The new iDEAL QR codes will appear in more and more places, for example on restaurant vouchers or collectibles. Anyone who has a Knab account and uses the bank's mobile app can pay by direct debit code. The intervention of an ATM is no longer necessary.

Knab may then be the first bank that allows scanning within the bank's mobile app, it is expected that other banks will follow soon.
