Kim visits Xi

beijing - North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has visited China again. In the city of Dalian he met with Chinese president Xi Jinping, according to the Chinese state news agency Xinhua Tuesday.

Xi told Kim, among other things, that he welcomes the meeting between the leaders of North Korea and the US. That conversation is scheduled for the end of this month or the beginning of June.

Kim's trip by plane follows a more remarkable visit in March. He, like his father Kim Jong-il, traveled to China in a special armored train. It was his first trip to China since his arrival in 2011.
