Kim and Trump round off with vanilla ice cream

singapore - After a one-on-one meeting and more extensive discussions, a working lunch is now scheduled for the summit between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

As a starter, the negotiators choose from a shrimp cocktail with avocado salad, a dish with fresh octopus or a Korean stuffed cucumber.

While talks about North Korea's nuclear disarmament continue, the US and North Korean leaders are served three main courses: beef with potato gratin, sweet-boiled pork with fried rice or braised cod with radishes.

Kim and Trump round off the summit with a dessert. Van Trump is known to love chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream. He can choose from a ganache of dark chocolate and vanilla ice cream with cherry coulis. There is also Tropeziénne cake.

After lunch Kim is expected to leave at 2:00 pm (8:00 am our time). Trump leaves five hours later. He speaks with the press at 16.00 hours (10.00 am our time).
